I purchased a 19 f150 from Dan M. We did a lot through email and over the phone. When I got there the truck was up front, detailed, gassed up and ready to go. I was in and out. Helpful service. I called in and spoke with a service person on the desk due to being late caused by an accident on the C470. She was great and made sure they accommodated the situation. My service rep was professional and efficient when I arrived. I asked the reception person while the truck was being worked on if she knew if anyone could assist with Ford points and the app since I bought the truck there and have serviced it there and I had never received them. Two sales people offered to help and ultimately got Christina Maulin. When the service was done she helped set up the app again and is looking into if points can be applied to my account retroactively. Additionally I was asking about recalls and the service manager took me in his office, pulled the recalls up on his computer and explained how these Ford recall's work "if there are problems" then Ford will fix them but they may not show up and no fix is needed. He explained what could potentially happen and if I observe these issues please bring the truck in. More
Service-writer Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful.
