Very slow sales service. It took three hours to purchase a vehicle even though I had the check ready and knew which car I wanted to buy. 90% of the time was waiting there without being communicated anything a vehicle even though I had the check ready and knew which car I wanted to buy. 90% of the time was waiting there without being communicated anything. Car then was in the shop for four days since they didn’t have records of their last vehicle check up. Car also broke down 7 days after purchase. It has been a nightmare to get answers from them. Very unprofessional and slow for everything. I highly recommend that you avoid this place. More

Kevin Moczo was amazing! I thought I had a tire rim that was damaged that was brought to my attention by Discount Tire when rotating my tires. Kevin and his master mechanic inspected my truck, but didn't fi was damaged that was brought to my attention by Discount Tire when rotating my tires. WE drove over from the western slope to get pickup our truck I found on the internet and I can say this, it was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I ever had I have bought over ten brand new vehic truck I found on the internet and I can say this, it was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I ever had I have bought over ten brand new vehicles in the past and the professional and care that went hand in hand makes it worth it all . Less than honest service department. While trying to make a service appointment by phone for recall 21S31, I was told my vehicle was not under this safety recall. When asked for this in writing. My req make a service appointment by phone for recall 21S31, I was told my vehicle was not under this safety recall. When asked for this in writing. My request for written confirmation was ignored and my request was not answered. When the letter from Ford was received saying my vehicle was indeed part of the recall, I took it back in to AutoNation and was told it was part of the recall but they could not do the work because they "did not have a welder". AutoNation did sell me an oil change instead of providing service for the the safety recall. I went to another Ford dealership that acknowledged the recall for my vehicle, confirmed the safety issue, and will perform this critical safety repair. More
