I bought a new 2021 Ford Escape hybrid with the premium maintenance plan. My wife took car in for oil change. Shawn Broussard told here she didnot have any coverage. Then had to wait after key sat on receptionist desk for 45 minutes!!!! completely unacceptable. When she got home It took me over an hour on the phone to get through to the service manager!!! completely unacceptable. I was then told I would have to call back to get charges reversed. It was like it was my fault and I need to take the extra step to correct it. I have now called but everyone is busy and no phone call back. I with there was a lower rating than 1 star. MOST UPPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER SEEN. More
I have a 2019 F-150 with the large Eco boost engine. Having issues with the transmission making hard shifts. Was told by the service advisor that these 10 gear transmissions are like that and it will Having issues with the transmission making hard shifts. Was told by the service advisor that these 10 gear transmissions are like that and it will only get worse. Was told that at about 125,000 miles I would probably have to replace transmissions. My truck has only 25,000 on it now. It has had 3 recalls, one which they couldn't fix because the module they had to replace was ruining the transmissions. Not happy with this at all. More
I bought a 2017 SUV on Oct 25th that came with a comprehensive inspection. Within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership the tire sensor generated errors. I took it to a local dealer and they said three tire sensor devices were broken and the tires were near the end of their life. I contacted auto nation many times rarely getting A call back. 4 days late I a rep calls to say I was lucky to get a car in this market they will fix what is wrong but will not re inspect the car. I told them things were missed and the tire wear was not documented so I am concerned other things could have been missed. They had no interest in my concern and did not even confirm a date for repair but said they would not be calling again. It seemed they are a volume business and do not back up their sales. The used car manager Dennis never called and was the one who refused to re inspect the car. I wrote the general manager Mr Smith and am waiting for a call. More
I scheduled an oil change weeks in advance online, providing details of my vehicle (which was purchased at AutoNation). I arrived in the service bay exactly on time, but no one was there to greet me; providing details of my vehicle (which was purchased at AutoNation). I arrived in the service bay exactly on time, but no one was there to greet me; several employees walked by without asking if I needed help. I finally found someone to talk to and was informed that service would take 1 hour. 1.5 hrs later I inquired about my car. After some running around it was determined that the proper filter had to be obtained from off site, and had just arrived. I was not asked if an additional hour wait was possible (it was not). A well run service department should have ordered the proper filter ahead of time, since all my vehicle details were entered into the scheduling system. It was a terrible experience all around. I will not be back. More
I WILL NOT EVER take my FORDs (I have 3) there again, and will tell others to do the same. Service and communication was horrible. Had to call 3 times to see what was going on. The IVR is also a xxx, routed over and over to same messages. I don't like being at the mercy of the Dealership for $200 hr. repairs. I pulled my vehicle, going some ware else. I defiantly don't get feeling of "Honest Repair Service". And FORD doesn't seem to care, maybe I should switch brands. How their service department above a 2 star is one life's greatest mysteries. Or maybe it's just friends and family. Maybe I'll follow-up as to what it really costs, without Dealership bloat. More

I was very glad that they could get my truck in so fast, but the reason I brought it in was not resolved. The service advisor told me that, that’s just the way it is.
