I understand everyone is short staffed in these times…but - communication is still important. Our service rep…very hard to get get in touch with. I called, he said text was better. I texted a few question - communication is still important. Our service rep…very hard to get get in touch with. I called, he said text was better. I texted a few questions…2 days later - called back and never addressed my questions. At the end, 1 of the issues I wanted addressed….never done. Last small thing…I dropped my car off clean…when I picked it up - completely filthy. Was hoping after spending almost $5000 on service, maybe a quick run through the car wash would have been a decent touch. By the time I noticed the dirty car…rep was gone…helping someone else or somewhere…not even sure. Thanks - Mike - 720-256-1627 More
First off. This car buying experience was very different because it was the Bronco. Justin the sales manager is very knowledgeable. Took time out of his days off to answer questions. Christine was our sales because it was the Bronco. Justin the sales manager is very knowledgeable. Took time out of his days off to answer questions. Christine was our sales personal. She did the same. She was invested in our best interest. She kept me informed and answered and took care of any concerns we had. She was over the top knowledgeable with everything Bronco. Yes we are now part of the Autonation family More
Service department is very hard to get ahold of and will not call you back when you have left multiple messages. I recent had work don’t that required ordering parts which didn’t arrive when they should hav not call you back when you have left multiple messages. I recent had work don’t that required ordering parts which didn’t arrive when they should have which is understandable during these times but more frustrating part was it took me calling and calling to find out the parts arrived. The service was set to take a day but ended up taking 3 days and there was now update till I called again. Communication is very bad. The part that was repaired is still not working and I have tried to set up an appointment again with no success. I would not recommended auto nation Ford Littleton for service to anyone. More
There is so much that is wrong with this dealership I cannot list everything here but here is the highlights: 1. Finance told me to not take the word of a salesperson and to take his word over theirs. cannot list everything here but here is the highlights: 1. Finance told me to not take the word of a salesperson and to take his word over theirs. 2. I bought the vehicle from out of state and they did not disclose damages. They attempted to say it’s in the pricing of the vehicle but still have not disclosed. 3. Attempted to charge almost triple the cost for shipping a vehicle. 4. Collect more for notary then the actual charge of notary. Do not disclose receipts of fees but found they over charge and pocket the money got services you can get free of charge. 5. Would not disclose what the $600 state fee was for. Also failed to provide documents of proof on those fees upon request. 6. Completely unprofessional and lack of knowledge to deal with out of state sales to the point I did the whole job got them to include the register fees and taxes. 7. Attempted to over collect state taxes outside the state mandated amount. 8. Management jacked up delivery date and made me eat costs of shipping vehicle. Attempted to also not include deposit into the final sale amount. 9. Make you sign an arbitration agreement. Failure to disclose any damages or hidden fees voids the contract if it’s known prior to signing. Have proof of that as well. Currently working with the state department and legal team to expose their illegal and unethical business dealings. Have written proof of all these accusations and they made no attempt to fix these issues. Also they made no good faith attempt to settle. More
After receiving an internet offer on my trade-in, the offer at the dealership was significantly ($7000.00 less). I gave them $1000.00 down in advance to save the vehicle I chose to buy. The dealership “f offer at the dealership was significantly ($7000.00 less). I gave them $1000.00 down in advance to save the vehicle I chose to buy. The dealership “forgot” to take the money off the price of the final purchase price and I still have not received that money back. Finally, the dealership put on the wrong temporary registration on the vehicle which I did not find until I got home - 3 hours away. Not a great experience. More
