Just move from Minnesota and wanted a oil change, rotate tires, and front end alignment. 1st alignment wasn't done properly, so had to come back, ugh. Now there's a slow oil leak that will eventually get wors tires, and front end alignment. 1st alignment wasn't done properly, so had to come back, ugh. Now there's a slow oil leak that will eventually get worse(spend the money or new vehicle) is the question. My service writer Kevin Skelton was very helpful and apologized for my inconvenience. More
Justin the manager was great! JR our salesman was great! Steve in finance was great! We truly had a great experience and felt good about our purchase until we walked outside to drive our new 2021 Explorer Steve in finance was great! We truly had a great experience and felt good about our purchase until we walked outside to drive our new 2021 Explorer ST home. When we walked out to transfer our belongings from our trade in to the new explorer, I noticed some light scratches on the black door pillars. It was just after 9pm so it was dark outside. JR the salesman said they could buff those scratches out. Then was the big surprise. My wife told my that i needed to come look at the hood. That’s when we noticed that the entire vehicle looked like someone to sandpaper to it. It was very dirty when we test drove it so we were told that they’d clean it while we were taking care of the paperwork. So whoever cleaned it ruined the paint on a $60k explorer! It was bad enough that we decided to walk away from the purchase. Justin the manager came out to analyze the situation and shook his head in disbelief. There was nothing that he could do except apologize and tell us that he would just “unwind” the deal for us. We were so disappointed. It was sad that we were able to find the exact vehicle that we wanted in this crazy market and could have such a great experience with the sales and finance staff then someone that we never met in the detail department had to literally ruin it. Disappointing that the dealership does not stand by their own maintenance agreement sold at their shop. I purchased a maintenance agreement with a person at the dealership prior to meeting the 30,000 mile ma own maintenance agreement sold at their shop. I purchased a maintenance agreement with a person at the dealership prior to meeting the 30,000 mile mark. I was informed that the maintenance agreement would cover all the required items needed. I was provided a menu of services that the agreement would cover. When I showed up for the coverage, the agreement was not entered into their system. I had to prove that I purchased the agreement which I did. I then requested the 30,000 mile service and I was informed that the FORD maintenance agreement is different than the Auto Nation maintenance service standards. Now that I had purchased the agreement the menu of services that Auto Nation stated I needed for 30,000 miles was dwindled down to an oil change and tire rotation. This is despite the fact that one of their service managers advised me what I would get when I purchased the maintenance agreement. The whole visit was a huge disappointment. I had to show my receipt to prove that I purchased the maintenance agreement. I never received the entire menu of services that were required at 30,000 miles despite the salesperson stating that it was covered. When I questioned why I did not get all that was required at 30,000 miles from Auto Nation as promised by the sales representative, I was informed simply that there is a reason why that person is no longer employed by Auto Nation. In essence implying that the sales person was terminated for improper conduct. I purchased an extended warranty for my truck, as well as, their best maintenance service. I have found that both are worthless. Although I have been a support of the Ford service line for many years, I would avoid this dealership. More
I worked with Kyle in fleet sales. Working with him was an great experience. He answered all of my questions, went over the vehicle with me, removed the tonneau cover from my trade in and installed it on an great experience. He answered all of my questions, went over the vehicle with me, removed the tonneau cover from my trade in and installed it on new truck, also installed wheel well liners for me. Small issue with window motor and Kyle had service take a motor from another truck and had it installed in mine, so that I wouldn't have to bring it back. He kept me updated during that process and it was much appreciated. I drove past many dealerships to get to Auto Nation and I would do it again!! More
