Purchased a 2013 Mercedes with additional warranty.. I was told i was coverwd from day one. Had the car checked out and found it was leaking oil in the motor and the computer.. After relating this to the dealer I was informed nothing would be covered. I purchased the gold plan the 2nd best out if 4 programs offered. Still waiting for a call back from the general manager. Not holding my breath. Purchased end of June and have driven it only back and forth between the dealer and service departments. More
