Can never get thru on the phone. Took my Escape in for service. I had an appointment. They called late afternoon to say it needed plugs and points because the engine light was on. I asked for an estimate, service. I had an appointment. They called late afternoon to say it needed plugs and points because the engine light was on. I asked for an estimate, she said she would call me right back. I called and left Megan a message because I hadn’t heard back. She finally returned my call but all the techs were gone for the day. This was st 4:30 pm. All the shuttle drivers were gone for the day, so I had to pick my car up to get home. Dropped it off the following morning at 8:30. I had a funeral to go to, so friend picked me up at Courtesy Ford, I called at 4 pm and said I hope my car is done I’m on my way to pick it up. Got there around 4:20, they could not locate my keys, so I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Only one girl working. Yet their hours say they are open till7 pm? Less than 80/90 miles later the engine light came on AGAIN! Obviously I paid for plugs and points and that was not the problem. Grrr. They got the light off, I was wanting another Ford product,. I own two other Fords. I understand the shortage of cars right now, because of Covid and the micro chips, BUT my experience the last four visits to Courtesy Ford have been a nightmare. Zero customer service!!! So I am looking for another model now. Makes me wonder if Ford really wants to sell cars. (Eventually the chip shortage etc. will be over). Why not take care of loyal Ford owners now to get their return business when things get up and moving again?! More

AutoNation in Littleton, CO has provided me the best experience I've ever had with a Car Dealership. Their employees have a great attitude which is to ask you what can they do to help YOU, and mean it. experience I've ever had with a Car Dealership. Their employees have a great attitude which is to ask you what can they do to help YOU, and mean it. Their time was used in helping me with what I wanted and how we might get it done. Not in pushing and selling. My hat is off to Kirk Tubbs, the Manager and Dan McNamee by direct contact. I now have the greatest truck I've ever owned a great Price. DRD More

John Watt and Mandy have helpe corrected. I started with a dealer in Fort Collins. The Ford Littleton service department has been great to work with. John Watt and Mandy have helped to finally get the issue resolved. Ford has been very poor at communicating what the issue is, but Ford Littleton kept trying to get it fixed. Thanks to the service tech for doing a great job at diagnosi and fix. More
The Service Rep (Jesika) was nice and easy to work with. I guess I wonder who made the decision that his time was more valuable than mine. More
