I have had trouble getting the cam phaser issue corrected. I started with a dealer in Fort Collins. The Ford Littleton service department has been great to work with. I received a recall notice and set up an appointment for Friday 7/16. When I got there, they said that they weren't ready to work on my car because the proper technician wasn't working that day and that I Friday 7/16. I then set the new appointment for "when they are ready." That appointment work out ok except that it took 20 minutes for them to get me my car when I picked it up. To set up an appointment for known work, i.e., the recall, it would seem to me that they wouldn't make it on a day that they can not do the work. The staff did not seem apologetic at all. More
