I've been buying/owning, and servicing my Ford fleet vehicles since 2002. This place is the absolute worst in the business. They will never get another dime from me. If you catch them right you will get a good deal. However, if you run into any snags, they will dump you yo make a buck. I ordered a 2021 F150 in February. The focus for me was on getting the best deal and this was the best price. Throughout the process I felt like I had to constantly push to get my order placed. Once placed, there were no updates from the dealer unless I reached out and asked. My truck was built in early March and then sat waiting for chips. Months went by with no updates and I saw the expected delivery date slip further and further back until ultimately Ford gave an October 31 delivery date. After reading various forums I learned that dealerships have the ability to move orders up and down and flag orders as hot in the system. When I called and asked I was told, “look, if you want the deal you got you will have to wait. We can make a lot more on your truck now so do what you want.” I finally made the hard decision after waiting for close to six months to cancel my order. Within one week of canceling, my truck moved through the build status and the ETA moved up to a July delivery. Obviously I reached out to try to get the truck and was told they weren’t going to give me the deal I had and if I wanted my order I would have to pay almost $15k more. While this was definitely the dealer’ s right since the order had been canceled I definitely feel like I got screwed. Pushing my order out as far as they could so I would cancel and then jacking the price up was just not the type of dealer I will do business with (both sales and service) in the future. I would look elsewhere for your Ford vehicle needs. More
I took my car for a oil change 1st thing Saturday morning, I ask how long and the respond was 2 2:30 hours and stated “WE ARE A FORD NOT A DODGE” from the manager , since I walk in he was so rude , a morning, I ask how long and the respond was 2 2:30 hours and stated “WE ARE A FORD NOT A DODGE” from the manager , since I walk in he was so rude , almost waited 3 hours as he came out with the “SERVICE GUY” and mention he had bad news, the spring to the filter broke so now I needed to get a “TOW” truck to the “DODGE AutoNation, MANAGER did not apologize nor care to help me out, No rental was offer, COMPLETELY THE WORSE. I Drive 30 minutes to give them my service Also to mention I BOUGHT MY DODGE AT THE FORD is why I go there. THAT MANAGER HAS NO MANAGER ATTITUDE. The WORST definitely will NEVER GO BACK. More
Beware of Avery in finance!! My husband bought a new truck. Avery flat out lied to my husband, telling him warranty is free and free oil changes. Later noticed Avery added over $5,000 onto his loan. Went back to have him re-contract the loan, and take those “free” charges off. He then flat out told my husband that he was picking another bank because he would make more money off of the deal. He didn’t care that this other bank brought up his interest rate too. Beyond shady!! We will NEVER do business with this dealership again, and will make sure we tell others about our experience! More
Customers beware. I took my truck in for repair. I thought I had a warranty but it had expired without my knowledge. Then,they wanted $3700 to repair my truck. I almost pulled out a loan for nothing. Called the manager and he had nothing to say. More
Waste of time I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle-the salesperson wasn’t available and kept me waiting. I finally got to drive the vehicle, and the gas tank was empty and then he gave me a hard time about how long I had it out. When I got back, he kept leaving me to deal with other customers, and finally I got fed up and started to walk out (also because he low balled me on my trade in). That got his attention, and he upped the offer for my trade in, but I still left. I sent my husband back the next day because I had to leave town, and he tied up my husband for over 4 hours while he again dealt with multiple customers. Then, he wouldn’t accept my approved loan, and wanted my husband to reapply for a loan. Horrible experience. More
Probably a wast of time for service I took my 2014 F150 here with a crank no start. After 2 days they sent me home with a new fuel pump and advised it was bad gas and to come back after I took my 2014 F150 here with a crank no start. Talked to the service department who said they would call me back and nothing. I guess I'll just find a new dealership. My advice don't take your vehicle here More
Worst Service Department Ever! I brought my fleet vehicle in on Friday morning 8am to investigate the check engine light. They finally called me sometime after 3pm to tell me how much it would cost but I had to explain again that this was a fleet car and the needed to call them for approval. So they hung up on me and I never heard back. They kept my car all weekend, no call, no explanation. I tried calling but just kept getting the automated recording, no one answers the phone. Monday came and went, then half the day Tuesday before I finally got ahold of someone who told me that Jon would call me back. He actually did but only to say that he was still waiting for approval from the fleet (of course he didn’t call them for approval until Monday after keeping my car all weekend!). He said I would get the car back on Wednesday. I waited until Wednesday afternoon before calling them. Once again the never ending voice prompts and recorded message. After several tries I finally got a person who transferred me to a voicemail. I left a message but no one called me back. After several hours I tried again. Still no call back. It’s now after 6pm and I have no idea what’s going on with my car or if I’ll ever get it back. Maybe I’ll get it on Thursday?! They’ve had my car for a week, no offer for a loaner car, no status updates, no call backs! Worst service ever! More
Worst experience of my life! I bought a $90,000 new truck from them and had nothing but issues and lies from the day we bought it to the last time we had it serviced. They messed up our taxes and it took them over six months to reimburse us. We were always told they did not have a manager whenever there was an issue. Then to make it worse the truck got the death wobble and was shaking violently to the point it broke out the back window! They had my truck for over a month just to give it back to me with only 8000 miles on it saying that there was nothing they could do for me and that it was normal! Then they proceeded to tell me that the truck was not designed to go above 65MPH and if I wanted a race truck I should have bought a F-150!!!!! I asked for my money back or a replacement due to it being a lemon and was told no to bad! This has to be the wort ford dealer in the state! Do yourself a favor and run as far and fast as you can from this place! More
