They finally called me sometime after 3pm to tell me how much it would cost but I had to explain again that this was a fleet car and the needed to call them for approval. So they hung up on me and I never heard back. They kept my car all weekend, no call, no explanation. I tried calling but just kept getting the automated recording, no one answers the phone. Monday came and went, then half the day Tuesday before I finally got ahold of someone who told me that Jon would call me back. He actually did but only to say that he was still waiting for approval from the fleet (of course he didn’t call them for approval until Monday after keeping my car all weekend!). He said I would get the car back on Wednesday. I waited until Wednesday afternoon before calling them. Once again the never ending voice prompts and recorded message. After several tries I finally got a person who transferred me to a voicemail. I left a message but no one called me back. After several hours I tried again. Still no call back. It’s now after 6pm and I have no idea what’s going on with my car or if I’ll ever get it back. Maybe I’ll get it on Thursday?! They’ve had my car for a week, no offer for a loaner car, no status updates, no call backs! Worst service ever! More
Worst experience of my life! I bought a $90,000 new truck from them and had nothing but issues and lies from the day we bought it to the last time we had it serviced. They messed I bought a $90,000 new truck from them and had nothing but issues and lies from the day we bought it to the last time we had it serviced. They messed up our taxes and it took them over six months to reimburse us. We were always told they did not have a manager whenever there was an issue. Then to make it worse the truck got the death wobble and was shaking violently to the point it broke out the back window! They had my truck for over a month just to give it back to me with only 8000 miles on it saying that there was nothing they could do for me and that it was normal! Then they proceeded to tell me that the truck was not designed to go above 65MPH and if I wanted a race truck I should have bought a F-150!!!!! I asked for my money back or a replacement due to it being a lemon and was told no to bad! This has to be the wort ford dealer in the state! Do yourself a favor and run as far and fast as you can from this place! More

I called the next day and was told to come in so they could check it out. Went in the next morning and without checking it out I was told I had to make an appointment. Took the vehicle in at 7:00 for my appointment and at 3 PM they called to tell me they hadn't gotten to it yet and it would be another day. The next day (Friday) they called to say they had to order tire pressure sensors (WHAT?) and had to wait for those to recalibrate my collision camera. A WEEK later they called to tell me it was done...dropped off my loaner and waited for my truck..15 minutes later I asked someone what was going on and they said "Its ready, you just have to get your keys". It was returned filthy and had bird excrement all over the hood, they gave me a car wash voucher. Nice. I went in and asked to talk to my salesman (who never seemed to be there) and then asked for Chris the sales manager, a nice guy, and he previously assured me they would take care of me, I wanted to explain how poorly a new customer had been treated. Chris took my name and number and promised to follow up with me. NEVER heard a word. You might get a good sale, but NEVER expect any customer service from these people, and GOD HELP YOU if you have to have your vehicle serviced with them. I got a great deal but was treated like sh!t once they got their $. I plan to tell EVERYONE More
Disrespectful. Horrible workmanship. I took my Focus ST in to get a recall notice checked and fixed. They kept my car for a day and a half. As soon as my car pulled up I noticed my front I took my Focus ST in to get a recall notice checked and fixed. They kept my car for a day and a half. As soon as my car pulled up I noticed my front plate had been somehow damaged and was literally hanging half off. As I drove it home I noticed there was an intense and loud screeching sound as I rolled the passenger side window down!! And on top of that, now there is an ongoing ‘squealing’ sound coming from the a/c unit which gets much louder as you turn the fan up. I thought it was so weird these issues came up all of a sudden because all Ford did was fix 1 of 2 of the recalls which was repairing a latch on the hatch. I called Autonation Ford, spoke to a couple people, including one of the bosses of the service department I believe was Mike, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mike didn’t even allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off multiple times as I was trying to explain my concerns. Instead of offering to take a look at my car again for the damages they caused, he told me none of those issues correlate with what they looked at. Which I agree, they don’t, BUT THAT IS THE ISSUE. And I understand people calling and trying to get repairs on issues they already had on their cars which is why they must have to be cautious about that. But when I was asked if my vehicle had any other damages or things that needed repaired at Autonation Ford I told them no because that was the case. And once I picked it up they didn’t notify me of any other repairs that needed to be done after they looked at it. I also called them to notify them of these new issues just a couple days after I noticed everything. It’s just a shame that they’re not willing to stand by their work along with their mistakes and take care of their customers the best way. More
Sexist. Belittling. Unprofessional. Sexist. I was so appalled that I created a google account just so I could leave a review for this place. I won’t even go into how long my oil change t Sexist. I was so appalled that I created a google account just so I could leave a review for this place. I won’t even go into how long my oil change took (2 hours) or why (no parts? It’s a FORD escape) or what I was told when I asked how much longer it would be (“you can go home”) no let’s just jump into what is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a professional environment - And I’m a waitress. After being belittled because I didn’t know how the things on my mothers car work (that’s why we go to a f****** shop) I was told “it’s ok I wouldn’t expect a cute little thing to know anything about engines” I then learned that this shop doesn’t employ a female mechanic (not that big a deal if your service management didn’t treat female customers like inferiors I understand it’s a male dominated industry but seriously not one?) I can only imagine how the female employs are treated. It’s 2019 get your s*** together. You’ll be lucky if I don’t go to a news station with this s*** . Dear Autonation ford I’ll be letting every site and review forum know exactly how awful you treat your female customers and I can only assume staff. Don’t get me wrong I don’t blame the staff - they just work there. I blame management for doing such a SUPER DUPER job at running a business (sarcasm). More
warranty repair I had to take my vehicle back 4 times for a warranty repair. I'm not happy at all about the poor service I received here. I had to take my vehicle back 4 times for a warranty repair. I'm not happy at all about the poor service I received here. More
Wrecked my car twice!! This is ABSOLUTLEY the WORST dealership ever!! They have WRECKED MY SUV TWICE!!! Now they are dragging their feet actually fixing their damages. They This is ABSOLUTLEY the WORST dealership ever!! They have WRECKED MY SUV TWICE!!! Now they are dragging their feet actually fixing their damages. They have had my car almost 2 months now since they wrecked my car. They have put their screw ups to the lowest priority possible. In return they give me a crappy minivan as a rental. However it doesn’t stop there. They always have an excuse for something. Need an oil change and you schedule it at 11am? Sure you’ll get your car back at 5pm every single time! So don’t bother waiting or scheduling an appointment because it is worthless. Need to talk to their director or manager? They’ll tell you that they will give you a call and never do. Want to get transferred to their desk phone? Yeah you’ll just get their voicemail. They pretend to care about you but they don’t. They just go through the motions because they are corporate owned and have to. I have yet to see an ounce of care in that place. I mean the sales rep lied to me about the features of the car when I bought it. Only to get home and find out it didn’t have some of the stuff they said it had. I didn’t know I had to do a full inspection myself to get honest answers. Instead they just want your money. If you’re not making them money, they don’t care about you. You’re just an annoying gnat to them. This is why they wreck your car and then keep it for 2 months and counting. Want to talk to General Manager? They don’t have one. They have a stand in that honestly isn’t doing his job keeping the dealership in working order. It’s getting the point that I have been considering just getting an attorney at this point. I mean what else do you do? Just keep waiting and making car payments on something they just drag their feet on? Just ridiculous! DON’T GO HERE!!!! You have been warned. Also read the other reviews here and then read other reviews of other Ford dealership. Not even close. Ford should pull out of AutoNation to save their own name. Oh and I’m sure they will sabotage my vehicle or not fully fix their damages for this review. I wouldn’t be surprised. Just a dishonest messed up dealership. More

The Service Adviser never called me; every time, I had to initiate a call, then eventually get a callback. This no-call/call/callback happened Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. Finally, on Tuesday, the Service Adviser told me the extended warranty (that I purchased from AutoNation, mind you) was not going to cover the repairs needed; so, I authorized the repair for the $1,200. The Service Manager called me Tuesday to ask how it was going and I told him about no-call/call/callback frustration I was experiencing and he prompted the Service Adviser to call me on both Wednesday and Thursday…just to tell me they were waiting on parts. I was finally informed, by the Service Adviser, that the vehicle should be ready on Friday, Nov 30th. I called and left messages twice on Friday, and no one called back; same on Saturday...no call back. I wonder If I'm ever going to get my truck back. Very Frustrated at this point! More

I set up an appo After searching the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Ranger truck on CarGurus from this dealership that looked like what I was looking for. I set up an appointment to see it and have a test drive. I was ready to buy the truck and asked the salesperson to work up the final "out-the-door price" for me. He took the printout I had from CarGurus to the Sales Manager. CarGurus had advertised the price as $9,482. When he returned he told me that the price quoted on the site was wrong and that the actual price was $12,482. I was quite incredulous at this 30% difference in price and asked if they would honor the stated price. He said it had been CarGuru's error. While I realize that mistakes can happen, I would have hoped the dealership, having placed the ad on CarGurus, would have taken responsibility for it (and/or held them responsible). At the very least I would have thought your Sales Manager would have said, "Mr. XXX, the advertised price was incorrect. Even though we do not see this as our mistake we want to make this right and you a satisfied customer. We are willing to meet you halfway on the price." One of the things that impressed me about this particular dealership was the response made by the General Manager when people posted negative reviews, asking them to call him personally. I called twice, leaving my name and number and emailed about my experience, including my phone number but received no response. More
