Not a Good Way to do Business After searching the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Ranger truck on CarGurus from this dealership that looked like what I was looking for. I set up an appo After searching the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Ranger truck on CarGurus from this dealership that looked like what I was looking for. I set up an appointment to see it and have a test drive. I was ready to buy the truck and asked the salesperson to work up the final "out-the-door price" for me. He took the printout I had from CarGurus to the Sales Manager. CarGurus had advertised the price as $9,482. When he returned he told me that the price quoted on the site was wrong and that the actual price was $12,482. I was quite incredulous at this 30% difference in price and asked if they would honor the stated price. He said it had been CarGuru's error. While I realize that mistakes can happen, I would have hoped the dealership, having placed the ad on CarGurus, would have taken responsibility for it (and/or held them responsible). At the very least I would have thought your Sales Manager would have said, "Mr. XXX, the advertised price was incorrect. Even though we do not see this as our mistake we want to make this right and you a satisfied customer. We are willing to meet you halfway on the price." One of the things that impressed me about this particular dealership was the response made by the General Manager when people posted negative reviews, asking them to call him personally. I called twice, leaving my name and number and emailed about my experience, including my phone number but received no response. More
Horrible service experience. Worst service ever. Dropped my brand new truck off to fix a slow leak in a tire and repair oil pan per warranty. Was told a one day process. After Worst service ever. After numerous calls where no one answered or returned my message someone finally answered. They mentioned the vehicle would take longer to fix and they never should have said it would only take one day but would be ready the next day. After not getting a hold of anyone and no ok ne calling for three days I finally got through to find that the truck still wasn't ready but would be that afternoon. They conveniently delivered the vehicle to my home so I didnt have to arrange picking it up. When I woke the next morning there was a huge oil spit and my tire was almost flat. At this point I became incredibly frustrated. I called and complained and after some convincing allowed them to pick up my vehicle and perform the necessary repairs and they even dropped off a loaner car. I was at work while all this occurred but when I came home the loaner car was locked with no keys. Now as I own other vehicles I didn't think much of it since I didnt need it but after a fee days and hearing my truck was finally fixed I asked where the key might be. They informed me the tech had forgot to leave it. I then told then I would be headed to pick up my vehicle and by the time I got home to have their car off our property or we have it towed. Upon arrival I stood in line il nly to hear of two other customers with similar issues and just as frustrated as myself. It is a shame they appear to be so incompetent as I have purchased over 30 vehicles from them over the years but will have to take future purchases elsewhere. My advice, answer your phone, communicate with your customers and follow through. Just seems like a lack of management and customer service. More

Incompetent - Wasted a whole day and nothing was done I scheduled an appointment to take care of 2 services covered by warranty under the "Customer Satisfaction Program". I was told my car wouldn't have t I scheduled an appointment to take care of 2 services covered by warranty under the "Customer Satisfaction Program". I was told my car wouldn't have to be kept overnight and could be done in the day. I received an email confirmation with the 2 services to be done, made arrangements to get my car there, get a ride back, and a ride to pick the car up, which includes balancing my job, and getting my kids to and from their schools. So, a lot of planning went in to the scheduled day! When I got there at 7:15 a.m. someone checked in the vehicle, couldn't find record of it at first, then found it. I talked with him about the 2 services so thought I was good to go. I got a call about 1:00 explaining one service wasn't covered under warranty because of where the fabric was ripped and I would need a whole new door panel. Okay, bummer, and I didn't want to pay for that. So, I asked about the other service, and was told there wasn't another service scheduled. I explained I had the email confirmation with both services, and that I brought my car in for both services. He apologized, but said the tech didn't know that was scheduled and that he went to lunch. By the time he got back, he couldn't promise my car would be done by the end of the day and could it be left overnight. No, it couldn't because I planned for one day without a car, and was told it could get done in a day. So, I did get an apology, but was told I would have to reschedule. When I pushed it a bit, there was only an apology. So, who is to blame I don't know, but clearly an incompetent set up if this is how it works. And no offer to get another tech working on it to get it done that day, no offer to solve the problem in any other way. Just...sorry. So, a whole day was wasted and NOTHING was done to my car. I was going to call back to talk to the service manager, but decided not to because I don't want to take my car back there. This is where I bought my car! I guess they don't need my business. More

I immediatel This is probably the worst dealership in the Denver metro area when it comes to service. I purchased a used vehicle back in July of 2018. I immediately noticed that their mechanic did not do a thorough check out on the vehicle and there was a running light that was not functioning although it was checked as being functional. The dealership told me to get it fixed myself and send them the invoice, which is rubbish in my opinion. Additionally, I went to get the registration and license plates for the vehicle and found out the vehicle had not had an emission test after I had waited for over an hour; thus, no plates or registration could be issued by the state. I called the dealership and was told they would send me a voucher (3 month post purchase) for the emission test, again, more down time for me! I'm not pleased with this place and I give them a 1 star rating out of 5 since I was not able to select 0 stars out of 5. More
Don’t trust them I recently purchased a vehicle from them that had not yet gone through their inspection. I was told by my salesman that I would be getting new tires a I recently purchased a vehicle from them that had not yet gone through their inspection. I was told by my salesman that I would be getting new tires as part of their vehicle reconditioning process. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and was told the vehicle would be ready to be picked up early the following week. The salesman even went as far as asking me what style of tires I would like. The day I was set to pick up my truck I was told via text message that my tires were not going to be replaced because they were over the DOT specifications for minimum tread depth. I responded that that would not work because that was supposed to be part of our deal when agreed to buy the truck. He responded that he would see what he could do and never got back to me. I went to the dealership to iron out the situation and was told that the salesman overstepped by promising me tires and that if they were to give me tires they could lose their jobs because they are a “no negotiation” dealership and that giving me tires could be considered a negotiation. The bottom line is the sales manager did a good job of deescalaring the situation but they still failed to do what it takes to finalize the deal. I ended up canceling my contract to buy the truck and they assured me they will have it sold to someone else by the end of the day. They could have resolved the entire situation by just agreeing to put tires on the truck like I was promised but they chose not to and lost my sale. Be sure that anything you are promised is put in writing! Even though I had text messages from my salesman stating that I would be getting new tires they still would not honor it. More
Charged for diagnostic work!! Never agreed to! We brought vehicle in for ongoing recall/ warranty issues and were very clear on multiple occasions that we didn't want any additional services. We were told that the ongoing issue was "fine" (service rep made my wife cry) but that nearly $2,000 worth of work was needed. We reminded them for about the 4th time we wanted no work done as we have a friend/mechanic that does our ongoing maintenance. My wife even called back to make sure there were no charges and Matt in seevice never returned her call. Upon arriving, we were confronted with a $329 bill for diagnostic work...even thought no work was done and no services were completed. My vehicle/keys were held hostage and the only way to get my car back was to ransome a reduced price of $256. We were trying to trade this vehicle in for a new car and the dealer lost all future business over a simple courtesy. In addition, I have made multiple attempts to reach any level of management including the General Manager and have received nothing in return. Stay away from the service department. The manager looked me in the eye and lied to me. More
