Great purchase experience. Vehicle was not on the lot when I saw it online. Salesman kept me informed of its progress to the dealership weekly. When vehicle arrived he made sure we were all set to come in and proceed with the purchase. Entire staff worked with us to ensure that we were totally satisfied. When I requested some additional equipment for the vehicle the salesman went above and beyond to locate the equipment and get me set up to have it installed. Manager sat down with us and made sure everything went well and that we were totally satisfied with the vehicle and the entire purchase process. More

We noticed that we had overpaid the sales/ad valorem taxes for our new car, contract vs. receipt received from Cobb County with our plate. $494+, enough money in this economy to request a refund. Have called the dealership 2x per week for the last 3 weeks, left messages with all of these departments. No callbacks or responses from anyone. We sort figured that paying over $55,000 for a car would get us something. The poor receptionist did not know who else to send us to. This being said, I will be filing a complaint with GA DOR and Autonation, not to mention a claim in the Cobb County Magistrate Court on Monday. More
