This was the fourth car lot I had been to, and at the others, the salespeople were either not friendly or way too pushy. Osvaldo was completely different—he took his time, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions without rushing me. I never felt like he was only helping me to make a sale. He was honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. I also love my truck! I wasn’t looking for luxury—I’m more of a rugged type of girl, in a cutesie kind of way—and my truck does the job perfectly. To be honest, yes—I would absolutely recommend AutoNation, and I’d send anyone straight to Osvaldo Leon! More

This was the best experience i have ever had at a car dealer they realy won me over i took the truck in for a recall for a back up camera and some happen to the back up sensor system that i thought that dealer they realy won me over i took the truck in for a recall for a back up camera and some happen to the back up sensor system that i thought that had some to do with the recall cause it had work right before i took the truck in and the mechanic said that it was probably one of the sensors and i did not doubt it but seen oddsince it worked before i took it in and i went right over to parts and bought all 4 sensors cause it could happen but the service writer and the mechanic said just bring it in and i will run it thru the computer and sure enough it gave it one of the sensors and they did not have to do that it is great to see that there is still some people that take their job and customer service seriously i own a company and work on millions of dollars vessels and tom me that says a lot about a company and the people they have working for them when ever i buy my next truck it will be at Auto Nation Ford i have another Ford F250 2002 and is on his way to a million miles so to me is a win win situation both the service writerand the mechanic were real gentleman and went beyond their duties and thank then cause i felt treated as a customer should be treated More
