My buying experience with Jorge ,the sales person assigned to me and Hector in finance was extremely professional and helpful. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and truly worked with m assigned to me and Hector in finance was extremely professional and helpful. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and truly worked with me to get the right vehicle at a really good price. I never felt pressured and I challenged them along the way, however, they truly worked with me to get what I was comfortable with. I have purchase 9 new cars in my life and this is the first time I left with not only the truck I was truly happy with and a price that was VERY fair to me but also truly very comfortable with the entire buying process and experience. It seemed to be the standard operating procedure at this dealership from what I saw around me, but I can really only speak to my experience with Jorge and Hector. On a scale of one to ten, I would give them a TEN and would gladly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a Ford car or truck. More

Got a certified CRV and it was a terrible experience. My credit union has an event and they brought some cars over to them. this is supposed to be a certified car, they did not include the mats or washed My credit union has an event and they brought some cars over to them. this is supposed to be a certified car, they did not include the mats or washed it for me..
