My second experience with the service department was beyond my expectation. They thoroughly and efficiently expected my vehicle and determined it pass the recall. They expected my back up camera and the beyond my expectation. They thoroughly and efficiently expected my vehicle and determined it pass the recall. They expected my back up camera and the diagnostic determined I needed a new camera. Mind you, the recall had nothing to do with my back up camera. One was ordered so we’re just waiting on arrival to install. Once again, Thank you Service Department Manager Luis Lopez for making my visit a great experience.
