Brought my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation; the service advisor was extremely helpful and explained the process to follow with clarity. Since I was waiting at the dealer, he prioritized my vehicle service advisor was extremely helpful and explained the process to follow with clarity. Stay away from AutoNation's service department, I've always had a very bad experience. I took my car to do 3 recalls, the first time I went, I was without a car for a week and in addition to not replac always had a very bad experience. I took my car to do 3 recalls, the first time I went, I was without a car for a week and in addition to not replacing the parts, they returned me with the cover of the driver's door loose and the problem was in the passenger door. Due to my evaluation of the service provided they called me to change my evaluation they receive a bonus due to the evaluations and I agreed to take my car again and this time they provided me with a rental car free of charge, unfortunately a month later Hertz debits the car rental on my card. I called again, sent a message informing the debit and they did not get back to me. Stay away from AutoNation's service department, I've always had a very bad experience.
