Juan Mesa fue una buena persona y siempre nos mantenia informado durante los 8 meses que estuvo nuestro carro alli esperando por ser arreglado. Si esta evaluacion seria solo para medir su servicio le hubi informado durante los 8 meses que estuvo nuestro carro alli esperando por ser arreglado. Si esta evaluacion seria solo para medir su servicio le hubiera dado las 5 estrellas. Despues de 8 meses me entregan el carro y segun ellos fue mi responsabilidad no subirme arriba del carro para chequear una pieza que le faltaba en el techo del carro. Asi que asegurense de hacer una inspeccion completa de su carro, pues ahora debo pagar por esa pieza que estaba cuando lo entregue. Nosotros hemos comprado alli nuestros ultimos 6 carros y no se si en el futuro vuelva a invertir mi dinero alli. More
