I have been getting my trucks service at Ford for years. Juan has always taken care of me. I heard he is retiring and I'm happy for him but at the same time I'm sad. Once my vehicle was towed to this location it was smooth sailing from that point forward. Service rep Juan Massa was the best, he called me as promised once diagnostic was complete & told me what was wrong sailing from that point forward.
