Muy inconforme con el servicio, me dieron de excusas de que tenian mucho trabajo, entonces para que son las citas con tiempo? Deje el carro dos dias en el servicio para que simplemente no lo terminaran? Eso no esta bien. More

Horrible experience! After purchasing a used Lexus I am told that the keyless entry for the car does not work. How convenient. I returned the car twice. The sales rep tried to negotiate another similar Lexus, but the used car manger JULIO ROMAN simply said that I was stuck with the car because I had signed the paperwork. A major inconvenience since I live in Coral Gables and the dealer is way north. I had to leave my office and loose time from my practice. I’ve called the service rep “Rey” and the used car manager and I never get them to answer any of my calls or return any of the tel messages. The service rep tells me he’s going to call me back with a status on the car and he never does. I am required to call the general service number and spend time on the telephone to be transfer to him. I’ve been driving a rental car for a week. I highly suggest you check the car before signing any purchasing documents. More

Went in for an oil change and some other concerns I needed for them to check. Orlando was my service tech he listened to all my concerns answered all my questions and handled looking up all my warranty needed for them to check.
