Even though my recall was not done due to parts he insured me that it would get done and would call me and when to bring my vehicle back for the recall. Very disappointing experience! Auto Nation Ford has totally failed to fulfill its obligation to stand behind their vehicle which is under warranty. I bought a new F 150 She Auto Nation Ford has totally failed to fulfill its obligation to stand behind their vehicle which is under warranty. I bought a new F 150 Shelby Raptor with built-in light bars. One light bar has failed, and the dealership along with its manager are giving me the runaround, and lip service. It is all well documented, and and the dealership is simply ignoring the matter. Terrible customer service, and not what one should expect from Ford. I've been a Ford customer for the past twenty some years, and will undoubtedly reconsider my loyalty to this brand. More

I suppose Ford is trying to make up for lost sales by charging high repair prices. For this reason I could only give price 4 stars More
