Never buy a car from here. Or deal with service department more than anything. I bought a car from here and found out they removed the bigger brakes it comes from factory, and Or deal with service department more than anything. I bought a car from here and found out they removed the bigger brakes it comes from factory, and replaced the rearend with junkyard parts. It even had the junkyard writing on it. The differential blew within 2 days, they took nearly two months to replace it with another junkyard differential. Finally being able to drive my car after that time, my power steering completely failed and my battery stopped charging at once. It is being changed by the warranty right now but do not rely on it, most parts will be from the junkyard not OEM. They didn’t comply with extending the 3 month limited warranty for the two months it was sitting on their lot not driving. They let it sit so the warranty would run out and it wouldn’t be their problem. They did give me a rental for those two months but now that it’s broken again I have nothing. Either way I paid for my car, not the rental they gave me. I would never buy another car from them. I know someone else who had a similar experience which they replaced their new (2018) mustang differential with a lower trim level. These guys are untrustworthy and scammers. It’s more of a headache buying from the, the warranty is almost pointless and their 125 point inspection mean absolutely nothing. When buying it they will sell it to you with hidden issues, and the service department will take their time sourcing junkyard replacement parts. The service department also never keeps you updated with the progress of your car. We had to call to get updates and even then they would ignore or hang up, or say that the person in charge was not there (how convenient!). My car was ready two days before we went to renew the rental car, they only told us when we were already there. Awful service and service team, extremely uncoordinated and don’t know what they’re doing. A good two weeks I dropped the car off there for them to fix their issue with my differential they replaced the calipers, not at all related to the issue, just a shot in the dark on their part. Save your energy and buy elsewhere, or service it elsewhere. This place is not worth the struggle. More
