Service was great, very friendly staff, and fast. They took my car in at 8am and I was out by 9 something. The person that helped me by the name of Manny was awesome. Very informative and friendly. Dont have any sense to have an appoinment for a recall, and after you arrieved there, the advisor said they dont have the parts that they need to fix the recall. It would be better to make the apointment w and after you arrieved there, the advisor said they dont have the parts that they need to fix the recall. It would be better to make the apointment when the dealer has the parts needed, not before. The advisor last 1 minute to check and tell me that there is no material, so i was there for nothing, and lost more than an hour in this. This information could be check by the telephone assistant and give the appoinment in relation with the material need it. conclusion I lost more than an hour for nothing, i will have to go again to fix. I suppose i will not fix in an autonation dealer. More
