Victor has been incredibly accommodating and very attentive when listening to my concerns. He has allowed me to trust more when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. All of the other Ford dealersh attentive when listening to my concerns. He has allowed me to trust more when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. All of the other Ford dealerships have not responded for months when it comes to asking about repair services or just a simple check-up to ensure the car is in good condition. Victor and his team, however, have set high standards when it comes to making sure the customer is feeling calm, comfortable, taken care of. They are very patient and very good with communication. I happily drive over 120 miles to get to this dealership vs. Trying to drive to a closer dealership that does not respond or return phone calls at all.
