My purchasing experience has already been had, that was kind of the point. Ive been in this industry for some time and I was disappointed with that experience. Based on the level of experience from sales,detail,and the service department (thier workmanship) Im not confiendent in retuning to that location to have work done to this vehicle. Ive already made the repair and cleaned up what hadnt been completed during the engine swap autonation Bellevue "completed". This location is clearly burnt out on doing warranty repairs and thats presented. My buying experience was alot of comprimise and settling from my end and self service. I dont know how I would resolve this honselty due to the lack of confidence issues. Suggestions are welcome. I did enjoy my finance experience with Pete, he was awesome and he deserves a shout out, that was a smooth and awesome experience.
