very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my vehicle in to be service. My first contact with the service dept was 05 aug 2022 about a recall for my brake system, I was given a service date only vehicle in to be service. My first contact with the service dept was 05 aug 2022 about a recall for my brake system, I was given a service date only to be told that it will take a week for them to order the part(s). I was inform I would receive a phone call when the dealer receive the part,I never got a call back, call service dept several time, never to talk to my service adviser, I was told we will leave him an email, text and my phone number so finally I drove back to dealership and spoke to service adviser and the part had not arrived. Finally I had a complete brake failure. I call the 1 800 number on the recall letter inquiring why it's taking so long to get my Suv repaired and I have no BRAKES. The person I was on the phone with call the dealership and service adviser ask if I can make it to the shop. So I drop my Suv off 27 sept 2022 , repairs completed on 28 sept ready for pickup. Once I was able to get my vehicle in the shop, repair service was excellent More

My service professional was so sweet; just a joy to talk to! My service was performed quickly but throughly, and my truck was sqeaky clean when I got it back.
