I had a very positive experience in the Service department at AutoNation Ford in Mobile, Al. I brought my car in for a recall notice and I got an oil change and tire rotation too. Cameron was my c department at AutoNation Ford in Mobile, Al. I brought my car in for a recall notice and I got an oil change and tire rotation too. Cameron was my contact person and I was very impressed with him. I felt that he was genuinely interested in my car and any concerns that I had. He took time to answer my questions. He gave me his full attention and was not distracted by his phone or other people. The work on my car was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and I didn’t have to leave my car overnight. I left there a happy customer. More

I understand they may have been short staffed. I put my truck in by appointment on Monday July 18 7:am, Was told they didn't see it till the the 21st that was 4 days I was without it. Told Friday I put my truck in by appointment on Monday July 18 7:am, Was told they didn't see it till the the 21st that was 4 days I was without it. Told Friday the 22nd what part was needed, (5 days) . I had additional work done, ordered on Friday. It was ready for me to pick up Monday 25th. Would seem I could have had it there on the day (21st) the actual day it was seen not 4 days before. Not complaining about the actual service just the time it took for them to actually see it. Service Tec was nice and seemed knowlegable. More
