The Appointment was made on Tuesday to be performed on Friday 3/15/24.I arrived at 730 as suggested by my service writer Mackenzie Bradley I was told it would only take about an hour to complete.At 1030am I was informed that they did not have the tires and would not be getting them today. I am expecting too much to think the tires I ordered 4 days ago would be at the dealer before the appointment time.The service manager accused mre of not having an appointment Evan with me showing the email confirmation. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be terminated immediately. I tried contacting the general manager but he never returned my call. Mullinex Ford is another local dealer that should be your first choice for service. Autnation Ford Mobile Service is the most incompetent rude people I have dealt with in the service industry. I had reached out the day prior about a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to offer me a deal that I couldn't resist. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning Madeline met me as I pulled into the parking lot, we took the car our for a test drive and then immediately started the paperwork. There was no other haggling like most dealerships try to do and I can honestly say that this was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had; even the finance employee was knowledgeable and didn't try to push me into purchasing their warranty.
