The buying experience at the dealership was fine, but I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact the financial manager for two weeks with follow up questions on the loan documents. The sales person shields me I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact the financial manager for two weeks with follow up questions on the loan documents. The sales person shields me from financial saying they are too busy to return my call. They weren’t too busy to close the sale of the vehicle when I was at the dealership. So I finally had to be rude on the phone to get a response from them. I don’t get why it has to come to that. Just return my call. More
