Easy to plan on my service work, upon arriving the service personnel were prompt, helpful and gave me an approximate time based on their current work load. My personal attendant at the deal shop Nicol service personnel were prompt, helpful and gave me an approximate time based on their current work load. My personal attendant at the deal shop Nicole gave me updates on my service work. The work was accomplished on time and the ease of finishing my visit and I was on my way. I gave this one star only because it wouldn’t let me go lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. First of all the phone system sucks I have either been hung up on 10 times intentionally or t lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. First of all the phone system sucks I have either been hung up on 10 times intentionally or they have been blocked because they are tired of giving me the run around. Had an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle looked at (full warranty). It took them an extra week to get to it. Then they tell me they don’t have courtesy vehicles that I should rent one and they will reimburse me later. Good luck with that. Can’t get anyone to answer me on email or phone. Done with this place. FYI you can find cheaper vehicles and service somewhere else. If your service technician is Robert Rush, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else! More
