Easy to plan on my service work, upon arriving the service personnel were prompt, helpful and gave me an approximate time based on their current work load. I gave this one star only because it wouldn’t let me go lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. First of all the phone system sucks I have either been hung up on 10 times intentionally or t lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. Had an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle looked at (full warranty). It took them an extra week to get to it. Then they tell me they don’t have courtesy vehicles that I should rent one and they will reimburse me later. Good luck with that. Can’t get anyone to answer me on email or phone. Done with this place. FYI you can find cheaper vehicles and service somewhere else. If your service technician is Robert Rush, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else! More
