My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 months now with no pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. They didnt offer a loaner vehicle nor will they trade in the vehicle, but we k pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. They didnt offer a loaner vehicle nor will they trade in the vehicle, but we keep getting request emails and calls to do so (trade)! We do not receive any update calls, even if its just to say the part hasnt come in yet - I feel like I couldve gone to the junkyard and fixed my car already for all this trouble. This is a financial burden to my family as we are still paying on this vehicle we cant use! A loaner vehicle would be a HUGE help, the least they could do at this point More
