Ryan my service tech was great! He kept me informed on my truck as they were working on it as time went by. Very courteous and helpful explained everything . The sales rep was very nice and I appreciate all of her help. That being said, I won't be returning to this dealership in the future. I don't like my purchased vehicle, and I never got a say in which vehic help. That being said, I won't be returning to this dealership in the future. Add to all of that, the moment I got in the car to leave the dealership, there was a small roach crawling in the front floorboard. It was explained that the detailing area isn't the cleanest and that's where it came from. But here I am only a few days out from the purchase and I'm having to buy a bulb for a signal light that's out. Roaches destroy the wiring and lights if they live in a vehicle. I'm just shaking my head and regretting this car. It's not what I wanted or needed. I wish I would've just waited and been without a car to drive. And something that was bothersome inside the dealership...those seats at the desks for customers are way too small and uncomfortable. If you're a larger person then it's very uncomfortable and hard to sit in. Those chairs are at every sales reps' desks because they're "stock" for all Ford dealerships. The chair was so close to the finance manager's desk that I almost fell trying to get out of the chair and walk out of the office. Ford needs to figure out something better that suits most or all customers. More
AutoNation Ford Mobile sold me a car about a year ago. When I took it in for a problem, they told me that they couldn't work on it until it was in stock configuration (it's a 2012 Boss 302). They priced out $5700 in items and labor to return it to "stock" so that they could then begin to work on the problem it's having. The problem I have is that the car is in the same configuration that they sold it to me last year. The Sales Department was certainly willing to take my $30,000, but now the Service Department will not work on it. EVERY SINGLE ITEM on their list of what I need to have done to return it to stock is EXACTLY how they sold it to me. And to top it off, I was treated rudely while trying to ask questions. More
