I bought a 2006 Ford F-250 King Ranch....250 miles later coolant was dry and check engine light came on. Called Manager Jason at Treadwell Ford. Jason recommeded that I drive the truck 120 miles back to the coolant was dry and check engine light came on. Called Manager Jason at Treadwell Ford. Jason recommeded that I drive the truck 120 miles back to the dealership. I requested a tow truck and they refused. I had the truck checked out locally and it had blown head gaskets, bad EGR cooler and bad oil cooler. I called Treadwell Ford back about 10-12 times with no results. They gave me the run-around for a month while my truck sat in the driveway (useless). Finally, they offered to fix my truck at a "discounted" rate but never would tell me how much it would be and still refused to tow my truck back to their shop. Had the truck fixed locally for $3,500. Needless to say, I will never go back. I recommend never dealing with Treadwell Ford! More
