First visit ever to AutoNation North Canton for a "Works" oil service and inspection on my 2024 Mustang GT Premium Performance Convertible. Was greeted by Jeremy who is VERY welcoming and customer focused. oil service and inspection on my 2024 Mustang GT Premium Performance Convertible. Was greeted by Jeremy who is VERY welcoming and customer focused. Check in was a breeze! Was offered a complimentary wash and full vehicle inspection for my GT!. Oil service and inspection was completed quickly and I received a full report regarding my vehicle. 5 star customer service! Car was returned with all of my preferred saved settings in the correct position. Also-the customer lounge is very nice and clean and all of the dealership staff I encountered smiled, said hello, and most definitely appeared to enjoy working at this dealership.
