Customer Service was professional and excessible through the entire process. The low rating was associated with poor workmanship on a fairly easy task the were ask reapply adhesive to the key pad that work the entire process. They manage to make a mess of it with excessive adhesive over the panel and fail to wipe it off - still trying to figure how to remove it. Emailed the service manager and never got a respond. More
