The like the way that AutoNation prices the cars. So came here for a second time to make a purchase or to get my F150 repaired. very professional but lacking on some basics. other dealership service locations that i have been to offer free car wash with every service appt. that should be standard. i have never had my c other dealership service locations that i have been to offer free car wash with every service appt. that should be standard. i have never had my car washed at the ford autonation and i have spent hundreds of dollars ~ figured that should be worth something. Also the ford automnation technicians smoke and i do not. i just spent a lot of money on cabin and engine filters only to drive away from my appt and the entire inside of my truck smelled like an ashtray. self-defeating. Also i needed the 2 backseat grab handles put back into their slots since they became detached. After a full hour of troubleshooting the service dept still could not fix it and on the invoice they charged me over $200 dollars for nothing. i drove away with the handles still broken. i literally paid something for nothing. They need to have a common sense approach to their customer service. More
I dropped my car off as for service as I was going to be out of town for 2 weeks. I hadn't heard anything for 1.5 weeks when I got a call wanting to know what to do with the vehicle. I let him know that t out of town for 2 weeks. I hadn't heard anything for 1.5 weeks when I got a call wanting to know what to do with the vehicle. I let him know that this is the first I had heard from anyone and to send over a quote. He stated that the lady I was originally working with was no longer with the company and he texted the quote. Then an hour later texted a second quote stating the first quote was wrong. I agreed to the second quote and he stated that parts needed to be ordered and should be done the Wednesday I get back into town. Wednesday rolls around and I still hadn't heard an update as to if it was going to be finished. I called Wednesday late morning and was told that they would get with the mechanic and call me in 5 mins. Never heard anything and after calling 4x over a 36hr span I finally got an answer Thurs late afternoon stating that the mechanic that started it was on vacation the rest of the week and they couldn't figure out whom was working on it in his absence. Stated that they are way understaffed and couldn't call back timely. Finally was finished right before they closed on friday evening. Picked up the vehicle that was way over what was quoted and they didn't even fix the other 2 additional issues that were given. Rattle in the muffler and the tire pressure sensor light (which is still on) will never get service or recommend from here again. More
I just took my 2018 Ford f150n for some factory recalls and to check the alignment. An alignment was done and a full point inspection of my vehicle. As far as the recalls go, I'm currently having no problems so I was offered an extension on the recall should I have any issues in the future. I appreciate that. I appreciate the friendliness and the outfront explanation of what was done to my vehicle and what is recommended for the future. As it stands now, I intend to use them as my go-to place to care for the needs of my vehicle More
It had been a long time since I had purchased a car, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership where I wasn’t pressured at all. Josh was the best sales agent I have ever worked with: friendly, kin I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership where I wasn’t pressured at all. I highly recommend! More
I recently had my car serviced at AutoNation Ford North Canton. I always schedule an appointment for routine service as I will inevitably have my young children in tow as my husband works during the day, w Canton. I always schedule an appointment for routine service as I will inevitably have my young children in tow as my husband works during the day, which was the case this day. Upon arrival, my children and I were asked to wait around the corner until the gentleman at the counter finished something at his desk. We waited for over 35 minutes (after my schedule appointment time) before I finally walked back around the corner to remind him we were not yet checked into the system. He apologized for “getting busy with something” and took my key to start the check-in process for my vehicle. I had a few questions related to purchasing a new battery for my SUV and the gentleman was so incredibly rushed he did not even understand my questions or concerns. We waited for over an hour for the service to be completed and then were given a “discount” for our trouble. Essentially we were given the coupon price for “The Works” service package that is offered to all customers if they show the coupon. I was unable to look through the paperwork until I arrived home and realized the gentleman did not give me the overall inspection document. All 4 of my tires were well under the appropriate/recommended tire pressure (which is part of the inspection) and I was not informed. Additionally, my windshield washer fluid was not topped off. My vehicle did not receive “The Works” comprehensive inspection package, which was clearly evident based on the lack of associated inspection paperwork. Incredibly disappointed in the service and overall quality of the work. In summary, my young children and I were at the dealership in excess of 2 hours and didn’t even receive the service that was booked. What is the benefit of having an appointment? Additionally, since the service advisor was too busy to address my questions about the battery, I was able to purchase a battery from another provider within days of my scheduled service at AutoNation. Very disappointing! More
