The team a Auto Nation did take care of my warranty work on my F-350. I ask them to rotate my tires due to it being a wheel bearing that was out. But no one adjust the air pressure in the tires after the ro on my F-350. I ask them to rotate my tires due to it being a wheel bearing that was out. It had a low tire warning light on due to the rear tires being at 60psig and the front being at 80psig. She was unable to take it back to have them adjusted it due to time restraints. More

No communication. You can not get a hold of anyone in service and when you do they make excuses and give you the run around. I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years buying new cars and having service done to them. Had the oil change and tire rotation this last time and was done in just under a hour. Vehicle was repaired on time and delivered back as expected! The service advisor (cannot remember her name) was amazing. brought vehicle for oil change and tire replacement. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. - checked tires prior to arrival and front tires were 2/32 and the rear were 4/32. was told they would do service and tire rotation and check tires. Rec'd call that car was done and did not need tires today - I was verbally told the tires had 5/32 tread and probably at next service I would need tires. I thought Ok maybe I was mistaken. - took vehicle home - and double checked the depth. - found the fronts at 2/32 and rear at 4/32. - both in range of needing replacement even for a fleet vehicle. Very disappointed. Not only did they not rotate the tires as they promised I now have to re- schedule on a different day to get the tires replaced. - glad I have another dealer close by to do this service properly.
