I purchased a used 2015 Escape a year ago. with extended warranty . Less than 6 months I had to put complete exhaust , brakes , and battery . The cost was $3,000.00 out my pocket . I was told the warranty warranty . Less than 6 months I had to put complete exhaust , brakes , and battery . The cost was $3,000.00 out my pocket . I was told the warranty did not cover any of this . I was given $100.00 off by service manager. This is my 2 rd vehicle purchased there . Also had a 2006 F 150 serviced there . At age 75 I think they could be more helpful . Store manager was not helpful either I feel . More
