I was sold a 2015 Ford Escape last year. The Interstate battery does not hold a charge after one year and is still under warranty but this dealer claimed that they only sell vehicles with Mo The Interstate battery does not hold a charge after one year and is still under warranty but this dealer claimed that they only sell vehicles with Motorcraft batteries and would not honor the warranty. I also purchased the extended warranty for 2 years/24k miles and at 24.5k miles the transmission gave out. The dealer would do nothing for the warranty And quoted me $8100 for a new transmission. Would not recommend. More

They were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. My car had a water leak where it would literally fill the glove box to the to top and water on the passenger side that would come up to my ankles. We had taken it in twice from where we bought it and they kept it and called and said it was fixed. Within 2 months it was leaking even worse. My sister said take it to Auto Nation and they’ll find out what the problem was and fix it they did. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My car is fixed but I have never liked the car, it was my husband’s and he had died in June. I’m going to be looking for a new car and Auto Nation is where I’m going to find it More
