This dealership is crooked as crooked can get. Buy a 2023 bronco that has paint chips new off the lot and they refuse to fix. We’re almost into month 4 of ownership and the dealership has “banned” me because I was angry about my “brand new” bronco having these flaws which they’ve declined to fix. I get nasty text message from salesman because I didn’t lie on my review for him to get a bonus. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Scott the sales manager slammed his office door in my face and said he doesn’t have to deal with people like me or my vehicle he pays people for that. The service manager will try and avoid you like you’re the plague. Steer clear of this dealership if you care about your investments. Also during the purchase we agreed on a deal from ford motorcredit it was the second deal we were offered, yet the finance manager James Orlando went on to run our credit additionally 8 more times. They are very unprofessional here and I’ll gladly never step foot back on the property with the same management in place. More
