Had a couple hiccups during the process (no fault on them, it was on me), but Olivia was patient and responsive. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. Experience with my Salesman was perfect - super nice and very responsive. The WORST experience of my life was dealing with the SLIMY finance guy who tried to get me to pay more money out of pocket - he trie very responsive. The WORST experience of my life was dealing with the SLIMY finance guy who tried to get me to pay more money out of pocket - he tried 4 different ways then got offended everytime I told him NO - felt like a timeshare presentation. This slimy finance guy needs to go back to Iran where he came from. Wish I would have delt with the manager instead. More
