It’s a good dealership. Used to be better. My most recent visit required 2 recalls to be done, 1 to replace a faulty throttle body, the second to replace airbag inflators. Was told that the throttle recent visit required 2 recalls to be done, 1 to replace a faulty throttle body, the second to replace airbag inflators. Was told that the throttle body replacement was done after 3 days of working on it (it’s a 1 hour fix) and I could get my vehicle while waiting for parts. Went to pick it up, and was told that they still had not completed the throttle body replacement. Frustrating and infuriating. More
SLOW,SLOW,SLOW. SLOW.SLOW. MY appointment was for 8am. I arrived at 7;45. Checked in to have my F-150 serviced. Oil change and tires rotated. I waited 3, THREE hours. Next time my truck needs service. I wi arrived at 7;45. Checked in to have my F-150 serviced. Oil change and tires rotated. I waited 3, THREE hours. Next time my truck needs service. I will drive to another dealership. I very much dislike AutoNation Ford PC. I am 66 years old . In my life I have purchased 17 brand New vehicles from Ford motor company Mostly F-150,s. NOT ever from AutoNationPC. I will buy my FORDs at other dealerships. More
Auto Nation supposedly have a no haggle pricing. When we tried to lower the price the price on the vehicle the sales person got hostile attitude and argumentative. We told him if he wants to close the deal tried to lower the price the price on the vehicle the sales person got hostile attitude and argumentative. We told him if he wants to close the deal he has to work with us on the vehicle price. We already had financing arranged before we came into the dealer. He got upset with us and went and got the used care manager who came over to us and asked us why we are badgering his sales person. This is unacceptable behavior from Ford sales staff. We as customers hold Ford to a higher standard then this. Ford can do better then this. Also some of the Ford sales staff needs to dress professionally for the employment position(s) they are in (car sales) this is not a day of working in there yard. More
The dealership is always in a clean and neat condition. Was a little unsure how to use the coffee machine but a staff member was very helpful when asked to help. Was a little unsure how to use the coffee machine but a staff member was very helpful when asked to help. More

Duane and Mary Ogden are great representatives of the location. However the communication is very inconsistent from the rest of the team. I will be returning to Marianna Ford for all my needs. Last issue location. However the communication is very inconsistent from the rest of the team. I will be returning to Marianna Ford for all my needs. Last issues summarized below. -Took new f250 in for engine light - DEF issue. Picked up as planned same day, light came right back on within 10 miles. ( 45 min drive one way for me) -Mgr said to bring back the next week. I did. Dropped off at 9am. Waited and waited on a call. Nothing. Called numerous times for service- NA NA NA. Everyone went home and I did not know any status on the truck. - Next am, no call so I call a service Mgr around 9. Set up to text me updates. No updates. -3:00 pm I call back. Talked to manager. He did finally have someone call me- truck was ready. - While I wanted them to test drive it, I was surprised to learn they drove it 30 miles. Seemed excessive to me but anyway, it was finally fixed. Love Ford- own stock and it’s pretty much all I have ever owned. I understand the staffing issues but when people are telling you they work 116 hours a week, (which is hard to imagine that’s possible as they are not open 7 days a week) and using that as a reason to not keep customers informed on the vehicle status, it’s concerning. If everyone at this dealership would come to a mutual understand of “what good” looks like, I think they could begin to solve a number of their issues. Best wishes. Henry Jordan More
