I myself am a service advisor and would be fired if i treated my customers the way i was treated. I called for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment. I spoke to a lady who took a message, Mr. Ward who I treated my customers the way i was treated. I called for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment. I spoke to a lady who took a message, Mr. Ward who I left messages with with no response after promising a call back, and a gentleman names Jonathan who promised a call back as well and never called. I then drove up there and dealt with kirk who was very promt in helping me get an appointment. On appointment day I dealt with Jenessa who was amazing. I found issues with the work and she was very helpful with seeing the issues through. I will likely not return due to the 3 weeks it took to get an appointment. More
