I’ve had good and bad experiences with this dealership and have several vehicles purchased from them because of the brand and the 3 star is thanks to the great sales reps of this location! The lack of 5 s and have several vehicles purchased from them because of the brand and the 3 star is thanks to the great sales reps of this location! The lack of 5 stars falls on the shop in the other hand.. Seems like every time our vehicles are serviced by this location something gets messed up… I fought for 8 months of calling and trying to get something that was unplugged or what ever they did to mess up every external sensor on my $80,000 pickup fixed and yet the only response I could ever get was “we may be able to get it back into the shop in 4-6 months! I finally gave up on trying to get it repaired 2 years ago and decided I would never use the shop at this location for ANY service! The previous vehicle they destroyed at the shop they stated over and over that they don’t cover “after market skirting” when the entire car was stock from the factory… this repair process took almost an entire year to get taken care of where they had the vehicle in their possession for the majority of the time and they did nothing in regards of compensation on this… More

Brought my 2019 King Ranch in, still under manufacturer warranty plus an additional $1600 extended warranty, in for service due to hard shifting and the entertainment center display freezing. The lady who warranty plus an additional $1600 extended warranty, in for service due to hard shifting and the entertainment center display freezing. The lady who took my initial call asked for my vin and name and verified that everything was under warranty and that they would take care of my rental car. She mentioned they could have the car 3-5 days. My appointment was set 3-4 weeks out. When I showed up, they had no loaner and told me that I was going to be shuttled to the nearest Enterprise where, since my truck was under warranty, would cover my rental. 5 days later, I had still heard nothing, even after calling every day. The 5th day around 3:00pm (Friday) The service technician said they were out driving the vehicle and would let me know what they found. 3 days later I called and the technician surprisingly answered the phone this time, but 30seconds into the conversation said he had to leave as he had a customer in front of him and would call me back. 10 days later I get a call that my truck is ready and that the issues was my 10-speed automatic transmission needed a software update and that since no physical defect was wrong that it was not covered by either of my warranties. The tech even told me that he had messed up and should have told me that my software update was not covered. So Enterprise charged me $1600 for a ten day rental. Funny thing is, I contacted my warranty company and they told me Autonation Ford had never called them as it is required before any kind of work is started. So now I have a $1600 on my credit card, my entertainment system is still freezing and my truck is still hard shifting. I am going to see a local attorney this Monday and see what he suggests. Avoid these thieves and scam-artists like the plague. Everyone I know at the two local Military bases now know of their antics. I hope they lose 100's of thousands in business. More
