I was very pleased with Tom Spencer (sales), and with Will and Sam (in finance). Very nice guys that answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They made my purchase easy and I was really Will and Sam (in finance). Very nice guys that answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They made my purchase easy and I was really excited about surprising my son with a new car! On the other hand, Ty (in Finance) must have been having a bad day. His comments to me were rude and he brushed off my questions and concerns. He attempted to make me feel like an idiot. I almost gathered my things and left before finalizing the deal. He would have let me walk out over $88. It really put a bad taste in my mouth and he took a lot of the joy out of my experience. Hopefully, he will not continue to treat people this way, or talk to them in this manner, because the dealership will inevitably lose customers. They almost lost my business, but Tom, Will and Sam apologized for his behavior and saved the day. Never did receive an apology or a single word from Ty. More

The service center at AutoNation Ford is the worst I have ever encountered. Do not enter a maintenance contract with them. It took THREE HOURS for a scheduled oil and filter change.
