Vehicle with less than 10k miles and brought in for warranty repair. Knowing that dealership would be having my vehicle for probably a week, asked for a loaner car when I dropped it off. Was told ther warranty repair. Knowing that dealership would be having my vehicle for probably a week, asked for a loaner car when I dropped it off. Was told there were none available. I had to have the GM get involved to obtain one. After getting it home noticed that the vehicle's tags had expired a month ago. 2. After picking up vehicle about a week later and on the way to dinner, used the wipers to clear the windshield. The drivers' side wiper, when activated went beyond the drivers' door. Called service rep while in car and brought vehicle in to have this addressed. When I showed her what was happening, the wiper almost hit her in the face as she stood next to the car. Not sure how this service resulted in the wipers being touched - the service was for a spark pack and an unrelated recall item. More
