I am not happy after this go around. I scheduled an oil change and an alignment on Tuesday, as I was told. I did ask if they could figure out a tailgate recall on my F-150, and I was sur I scheduled an oil change and an alignment on Tuesday, as I was told. I did ask if they could figure out a tailgate recall on my F-150, and I was surprised for them to say yes. The truck's oil change and alignment should have been done the same day I brought it in, and it wasn’t. I called them, and my service advisor said it would be done the following day in the evening. They didn’t even touch the truck that day. That’s two days they had my truck now for a typical job. On day three, I called them, and they still didn’t work on my car till I called them and told them to get my truck done, which they finally did after I asked them. Furthermore, when I got to the dealership to get my truck back, I had to leave in a hurry, and had I not looked at the bill, they would have charged me for things I had not asked for. My bill was $215 and ended up being $145. That’s a $70 difference that for things I didn’t ask for. More

Jesse in the Service Dept is an All Star. Greeted me and promptly got my vehicle checked in and directed me to the waiting area. Very clean and great complimentary coffee! Upon arrival, we were met immediatly by the service writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly. Only waited a few minutes before the service person (John) greeted us and accepted our r writer and asked to come inside. we were greeted pleasantly.
