We purchased our truck out of state, sight unseen. Our salesperson was Amazing! Kaileigh Phillips is who you want to deal with. Main reason? Communication was over the top. Phone calls, texts, emails, you name it. Truck arrived with a couple damage issues from shipping and we were a bit disappointed. Kaileigh turned all that around, got everything fixed quickly and gave constant updates until everything was complete. Totally different experience than we have ever had with a dealer. She was someone who cared and followed through to make the whole process a pleasure. What a difference a competent salesperson can make! Make sure you buy from her. More
Took my vehicle to get serviced (oil changed) and about 8 small repairs under warranty i.e. the center console 110v outlet was broken and needed replacement. After Autonation had my vehicle for a week I cal small repairs under warranty i.e. the center console 110v outlet was broken and needed replacement. After Autonation had my vehicle for a week I called the service writter to inquire about it. Service writer never called me back. Week two and exact same thing. Week three and again, the exact same. When I finally got my vehicle back, Autonation had my vehicle 3 1/2 weeks and had only changed my oil and had not completed any of the small warranty work. Now, I talk with the service manager who arranged for me to drop my vehicle off the following week so all the warranty work could be completed and assured me they would jump right on it and have it back within a couple of days. After a week of having my vehicle the second time, I called the service writer and manager of which both did not return my call. Week two, same thing. Beginning of week three I go back to Autonation and demanded to see the head chief of which Autonation did everything they could to keep me from speaking with him but I kept insisting to speak with him After our meeting, again I had to take my vehicle back to Autonation of which they said it would take one to two days. Four days later I got to pick up my vehicle which a part had to ordered and it was supposed to be in a couple of days and they would call me and have me drop by and install it while I waited. Well, its been several weeks now and no work from Autonation so I called a left a voice mail with no return call so I called again and left a message which this time they called me back only to say the part hasn't come in yet. This is beyond bulls**t. Heres the thing. Some years ago I decided to buy only Ford vehicles because of their absolute great service work which absolutely hands down was better than Chevy or Dodge. Cant tell you how much I wish Toyota would make 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. The Big 3 would DIE! PS. Had it not been for Jeffery Simmes who weeks earlier I purchased a new GT500 from, I think my vehicle would still be there. Jeffery went above and beyond to help me with this situation. More

There time is obviously more important than mine. It took me six weeks for the appointment. Had to make on the Computer because the one time that I was able to get through to make appointment the gir It took me six weeks for the appointment. Had to make on the Computer because the one time that I was able to get through to make appointment the girl said she needed the VIN and refused to go any further, I put in detail exactly what needed to be done. When I got there I was told I needed to leave it because there is only four lube techs there on a Saturday. Since I work in Marianna during the week I left it. I was not happy James Maddox was nice enough and listened to me and gave me his card and told me that he would keep me informed and if i had any questions to call. I called Monday and spoke to some lady who answered the phone by saying HHHEEELLLOOO- Like I woke her up. When I asked her if this was Ford she said, "yes" Who do you need? I told her service James Maddox- she didn't say anything the next thing I Knew I was listening to a voice recording. It was that way even with the mans number who said just to call. Not until Tuesday until I was able to get a hold of someone who said it will possibly be done Wednesday. Since I needed my vehicle I picked it up Thursday and the windshield wiper motor still is not in. Which was a recall item and they had at least 6 weeks to prepare for. That's why I gave them my VIN at least that's what I was told. I have nothing good to say tailgate button is still messed up. No one has contacted me as to when my motor will be in. This dealership service was horrible and I am still not done. . More
