Had a 8:30 am appointment to get my car serviced . Got there about 15 minutes early ,. About 3 hours i asked the servive manager to check on my car . He came back in a few minutes told me they had finished with it and were doing the paper work . About 15 minutes later they called me to the desk to get my paper work . Thanks to the service manager who told the person at the desk to give me a free next time service card because of the amount of time it took to service my car . More

Dealership as a whole needs help. Service department is understaffed resulting in multi-day to week timelines for walk-in and multi-month timelines for appointments. My vehicle is as Service department is understaffed resulting in multi-day to week timelines for walk-in and multi-month timelines for appointments. My vehicle is as there for a week then had to be taken back within 12 hours because the issue wasn’t fixed. Service department estimated that they wouldn’t be able to look at it for another 5 days. Outside of that, James in customer service did a great job of keeping me informed on the vehicle status (which was mostly “still haven’t looked at it”). More
