I've had issues with getting info in the past about the progress no my truck to the point where I was getting service elsewhere. I'd even planned to use an out of town dealership when needed. I shouldn't be told we'll call you and let you know what's going on then not hearing from you making me have to call time after time. But that was different yesterday. Lori did a great job and was very friendly. She sent me a text just like she said she would. My only complaint is having to walk in to get service since no one would answer the phone when I called to make an appointment the day before More
