Got a simple oil change on my F250 diesel truck. They put my filter on so tight it collapsed in on itself and caused all my oil to leak out. I had to have it towed to Crestview. Vehicle service center has some major problems that need to be worked out. Three months to get an appointment for warranty work and then when it went in they didn't complete the work correctly. I had a sense that the customer service rep understood my frustration and had some of his own. More
