I recently visited AutoNation Panama City and worked with Zach "Zach Attack". Going in, I was a little uneasy because like many people I’ve had experiences where car salesmen felt pushy, overwhelming, or eag Zach "Zach Attack". Going in, I was a little uneasy because like many people I’ve had experiences where car salesmen felt pushy, overwhelming, or eager to rush me into a financial commitment. From the moment Zach greeted me in the parking lot, those concerns disappeared. He welcomed me with a genuine smile and an enthusiastic attitude that made it clear he truly enjoys what he does. He was attentive, listened closely to what I was looking for and even what I wasn’t sure about, and reassured me that there was no pressure and that we could simply browse options together. After some time at his desk reviewing inventory, we looked at a few Hondas on the lot. To my surprise, Zach and the store manager even encouraged me to take one for a couple of hours to really get a feel for it. That level of trust and customer focus stood out. When it came time to talk numbers, I realized I wasn’t ready to commit just yet. Instead of pushing, Zach simply said “It’s cool man” and encouraged me to take the time I needed to decide. It was refreshing to feel respected and not pressured. Even though I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere, Zach followed up with me later and celebrated my decision with genuine excitement. His words were “You got a bad a** vehicle man nice work.” That kind of professionalism and positivity speaks volumes. I may not have bought my car here, but the experience alone was enough for me to recommend Zach to others.
