Our engine light had come on. We made an appointment, but it was a couple of weeks out.As our vehicle wasn’t getting any better,we decided to just drive it in to the Ford Service We made an appointment, but it was a couple of weeks out.As our vehicle wasn’t getting any better,we decided to just drive it in to the Ford Service Center.There we met with our representative James Maddox.He told us it would be 4 to 5 days before they could get to the vehicle, but he was able to tell us what to expect after telling him our symptoms.He checked our warranty and told that the vehicle was still covered. We were also eligible for a rental vehicle. After the diagnosis was completed James Maddox followed up with us and told us the engine needs replaced and it would all be covered under our warranty. He told us it would be up to 2 weeks to before this was completed. From the time we dropped our vehicle off to when we picked it up, it was about 2 weeks. We had the rental vehicle this whole time and were able to carry on our normal schedule. James Maddox kept us at ease and informed through the whole process.Our thanks goes out to him. More

I had an appointment to get 4 tires replaced and an oil change. Lori helped me out by getting my price down with rising costs in oil, etc. In addition, I was quoted a lower price on mount and balance when change. When I arrived for my appointment, Lori quoted me a higher price. When I mentioned the difference in price, Lori worked to get it down, which I appreciate. A few things that I noticed when I picked up my truck: 1) the right front tire pressure was about 8 psi lower than the other 3. I put air in it myself today. I’m hoping this was an oversight and there’s nothing wrong with the tire. 2) They didn’t do an Oil reset (no biggie), but they also didn’t put a new sticker on my window to indicate when my next oil change is due. Maybe I shouldn’t rely on those, but they are extremely helpful in keeping me on track with maintenance. Overall good job thus far. More
